Rates / Hours

Whether you need a one-time service or a continuing service, Lexana can provide a variety of options for you.  Our one-time or occasional service is typically billed at $30 per hour with a 1 hour minimum. There are various one-time services we provide that are a flat rate per day.   We provide custom quotes to give you the best price possible for the services you request.

Hourly rates are from portal to portal, beginning from the time of departure from the Lexana office until the service is complete.

Payments options include cash, check or credit card (a 3% fee will be added for credit cards)

​

​Gift certificates are also available and are a great way to give the gift of time, say "Thank you" or "Congratulations".  

​

Hours of service are Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.  We request a 48 hour notice for service requests.  Extended hours, weekends, major holidays and emergency requests are available for an additional premium.

Policies

 

Payment is due at the time services are rendered.  A $25 fee will be charged for any returned checks.

​

We request a 24-hour notice for cancellation of services.

​

If Lexana cannot access the client's property and a cancellation call has not been made, a $30 cancellation fee will be charged.

We maintain client privacy and confidentiality of services and personal information. Lexana will not sell or share client information with any outside sources.
